	The Real Estate Pros [TV Series] Year released: Details	Richard Davis and his Trademark Properties, based here on James Island, SC, show us how to buy, rehabilitate and sell property for profit (aka flipping.) A bit self-promotional, but still a good watch, and local to-boot.

	Desperate Housewives [TV Series] Year released: 2004 Details	Wisteria Lane's residents are beautiful, funny, and generally a twisted mess. This is eye candy.

	Grey's Anatomy [TV Series] Year released: 2005 Details	The romantic and silly travails of young doctors at Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital.

	Chuck [TV Series] Year released: 2007 Details	This comedy features a computer geek working for a big electronics chain who somehow gets all of the government's secrets downloaded into his head, and gets led by beautiful and dangerous agents on missions. Fun.
